April Fool Tidbits

今年も発行致しましたJTPAのニュースレター、「エープリルフール特集号」。いつもながらの凝り様です。念のため申し上げておけば（英語で言えば"for the record"ってやつ）、今回私は何も貢献しておりません。

さて、今年の大ネタはGoogleのこちらでしょうね。

あとはこんなの（これはなかなか）、こんなの（これはイマイチですかね…こんな類似品もあったし）地道に見つかりました。

一部の方にはこちらの「販売を止めてβ版に戻ります」アナウンスも受けるかもしれません。

で、こちらは些か物騒な話ですが、ネタではなさそうです（自信ないけど）。

Turns out there is a very unfortunate downside to using a biometric fingerprint scanner to lock and unlock your car doors: when thieves want to steal your car they’ll simply cut off the necessary digit and go to town.

車に指紋読み取り式のロックをつけている人はご注意あれ。

その結果が、"Jeeves9000"だそうです。なるほど、こうやって（注：Quicktimeビデオ）タグをつけるわけですね。

Googleのネタ、最高ですね！これに比べると、JTPAのネタもまだまだ改良の余地はありますね～　(＾＾;
